6 months

Hybrid programme

Structured lessons, practical exercises, downloadable resources, and monthly live community calls.

Performance Blueprint

Build a practical document to guide how you train, compete, recover, and reflect.

Talent gets you noticed. Commitment shapes what happens next.

At 18–22, sport starts asking more of you.

More independence.
More pressure.
More decisions.
More setbacks.
More responsibility for your own standards.

Committed helps athletes understand how they currently think, train, compete, and respond under pressure — then gives them a structured way to strengthen it over 6 months.

Built for high-potential athletes aged 18–22

Committed is for athletes who are serious about their sport and ready to take greater ownership of how they perform.

It is designed for athletes who want to:

  • Understand what supports and disrupts their performance
  • Build steadier routines around training and competition
  • Handle pressure with more clarity and composure
  • Respond better to mistakes, selection, injury, and setbacks
  • Communicate more effectively with coaches and support teams
  • Create a practical plan for the athlete they want to become

A structured 6-month programme with practical performance psychology tools

Committed includes:

  • Structured online content to work through in order
  • Short teaching videos
  • Guided exercises and reflection prompts
  • Articles and downloadable PDFs
  • Your personal Performance Blueprint
  • Monthly live Commitment Club Calls
  • Month 1: Honest Appraisal, ready to begin straight away

Build a clearer picture of how you perform

Your Performance Blueprint is the practical output of the programme.

It helps you identify:

  • What drives your best performances
  • What gets in the way
  • How you respond under pressure
  • What routines support you
  • Where your standards need to be clearer
  • What support you need around you
  • What you are committing to next

This is not theory for the sake of theory. It is a working document you build across the programme and use in your sport.

Monthly live Commitment Club Calls

Each month, athletes can join a live Commitment Club Call with the wider Committed community.

These calls are designed to support reflection, discussion, and connection.

Because Committed is evergreen, athletes on each call may be at different stages of the 6-month programme. The calls are not tied to one module or one fixed cohort timeline.

They help you stay connected to the wider work of becoming a more committed athlete.

What you will work towards

By the end of Committed, athletes will have a clearer understanding of themselves and a practical plan for how they want to operate.

You will work towards:

  • Greater self-awareness around performance habits
  • Clearer routines for training, competition, and recovery
  • A better understanding of pressure and how you respond to it
  • More useful reflection after strong and poor performances
  • A written Performance Blueprint you can keep using
  • A stronger sense of ownership over your next stage in sport

The five pillars of Committed

Committed is built around five developmental pillars. Together, they help athletes see themselves clearly, take ownership, shape identity, build confidence, and move towards a future that genuinely pulls them forward.

Pillar 1

Honest Appraisal

How I interpret reality

You cannot move forward from a place you cannot accurately see. This pillar is about developing the courage to look clearly at your genuine strengths, your real development areas, and the patterns that keep showing up in your performance.

You will gather honest data about yourself, seek external feedback from the people best placed to give it, and build a repeatable feedback practice that keeps your picture of yourself accurate over time.

The foundation everything else is built on.

Pillar 2

Focused Ownership

How I welcome responsibility

The habit of locating problems outside yourself — the coach, the conditions, the referee, the system — feels like protection. But it is actually paralysis.

This pillar is about making the shift from externalising to owning. You will map what is genuinely within your control, build a framework for responding to setbacks without deflection or self-punishment, and develop the weekly habits of an athlete who takes full responsibility for their own development.

Pillar 3

Intentional Identity

How I shape who I am

Most athletes have never consciously chosen their identity — it was assigned by coaches, parents, early success, and the story around their talent. This pillar asks a different question: who are you choosing to be?

You will examine the inherited story, surface the beliefs quietly limiting your performance, clarify your values and what they look like in action, and build an evidence-based identity statement that is genuinely yours — robust enough to sustain you when the pressure is highest.

Pillar 4

Calm Confidence

How I search for learning

Confidence is not a feeling you wait for. It is something you build deliberately, from evidence, over time.

This pillar gives you the tools to do that: a personal evidence base to draw on before high-pressure moments, a pre-performance routine that brings you back to yourself consistently, and an understanding of the quiet mind — the difference between tight, effortful concentration and the relaxed, trusting attention that characterises your best performances.

Confidence and coachability, side by side.

Pillar 5

Future Pull

How I approach possibility

Most athletes are motivated by what they want to avoid — being dropped, being exposed, letting people down. That away-from motivation can produce short-term urgency, but it is exhausting and it limits what is possible.

This pillar is about making the shift toward something genuinely compelling. You will audit your motivation honestly, examine what needs to be released to make room for growth, and build a vision of the athlete you are becoming — specific, personal, and inspiring enough to sustain you through the long, unglamorous middle of a career.

Committed is right for you if

  • You want structured support without needing to wait for a start date
  • You are willing to reflect honestly on your habits and behaviours

  • You are ready to take more responsibility for your development

Committed may not be right for you if

  • You want a quick motivation boost
